From 28.9. to 8.10. our class went to England by bus. We saw a lot of beautiful places but what I liked most was Tintagle.
In Tintagle there is a castle of King Arthur. Arthur was the man who took the sward out of the stone so he became very famous. He became king and was the leader of the Round Table including lots of cavaliers like for example Lancelot.
Even though nowadays everybody knows thant Arthur was never in Tintagle, it is still a big Tourist attraction, especially becaus of the very beautiful landscape.
You have to pay entry fee and then you can walk up the impressive cliffs. On the hill you can see th ecastle. Although I expected more because there where just a few Stones left, I liked it very much. There is also a big statue of King Arthur on the hill. At the top of the hill you have a very beautiful view of the sea. As it was a sunny day wheN we where there, the sun was reflecting in the sea very beautiful.
Due to the impressive view I liked the place very much and I think it's for everybody worth going there!
