St. Ives

Hey Guys!
My name is Andy and I want to tell you somthing about my favourite place my shool class and me visited during our school trip through England: St. Ives.

We went to St.Ives at two days because we wanted to go surfing there, but on the first day it was not possible, so we got there the next day too in order to go surfing. St. Ives is a small town at the British southwest coast. The buildings in the town look really cool because the architecture of them is typically British.

The town is surrounded by a beautiful landscape with a lot of green hills, beaches and cliffs. St. Ives also has an old harbour for fishing boats. The difference between low tide and high tide are so enormous that the fishing boats are standing at the middle of the beach, when there is low tide!

The thing I liked most of St. Ives was the landscape. Near to the coast at St. Ives there is a hill and when you go up that hill you had an awesome view all over the beaches, cliffs and the town.
This was my favourite place of a lot of great places we have visited!

Best greetings,
Andy
